- This company is nothing short of a scam. I paid $1350.00 for a 2018 Toyota Corolla CVT (PO #993775). They delivered a defective transmission, then admitted in writing on Aug 1 that a refund was “processed.” Weeks later — no refund, no proof, no accountability. They dodge calls, ignore emails, and flat-out lie to customers. I’ve had to escalate this to my bank and will be pursuing legal action. Future buyers: BE WARNED. Once they have your money, you’ll be fighting to get it back. Alto Auto Parts should be investigated for fraud.
