We All Scream For Ice Cream Festivals
Ice cream is a welcome treat any time of the year, but it gets the most attention in summer. Something about the long, hot days and lingering nights sets the mood for a frosty cone.
“Ice cream appeals to pretty much every age and background. It can take us back to our childhood or simply create a few minutes of distraction during a stressful day” said Jess Milbourn, owner of Devil May Care Ice Cream in West Sacramento, California. “Some of my fondest childhood memories was using an old hand-crank ice cream maker with my grandparents in the backyard."
