Maita Toyota opens new doors on Auburn Boulevard
Welcome to the new Maita Toyota Scion!
Maita Toyota Scion has removed the work cones and swept away the dust after several months of construction. It has officially opened its state-of-the-art facility at 2500 Auburn Boulevard.
“Customers will enjoy visiting the completely redesigned Maita Toyota Scion facility,” said Gary Kiser, operations manager for Maita Toyota. “It reflects the high standard of excellence delivered by our sales, service and parts professionals.”
The 90,000 square foot facility features a completely different type of experience for new vehicle buyers and existing Toyota customers. Customers will notice the changes as soon as they approach from Highway 80 and Fulton Avenue.
Easy access
For starters, the exterior of the building looks more like the entrance to a shopping mall than a typical auto dealership.
Extra-wide parking spaces afford easy access to sales, service and parts. The latest Toyota vehicles are displayed under well-lighted awnings and inside the glass-lined showroom. There’s ample room to inspect new models and discuss the latest features with sales associates.
“Customers and their children can relax in a comfortable and friendly environment,” Kiser said. “There’s something for everyone whether you are waiting for your vehicle to be serviced or investigating the great line-up of Toyota vehicles.”
Maita Cove includes a large lounge facility and café. Customers can get coffee, refreshments, smoothies and sandwiches. There’s even a miniature pirate ship designed for children.
“High speed WiFi access and desktop areas with power outlets let visitors work comfortably away from the office,” Kiser said.
Indoor display areas seem more like a woodland environment than a typical dealership showroom. Replicas of bamboo and oak trees separate the latest Toyota models. Brightly-colored murals along the upper back walls add a sky-colored backdrop.
Routine Maintenance and Express Maintenance
Service customers drive into one of six wide lanes. Covered and protected from the elements, the service lanes offer easy access to service advisor counters and customer transit.
“The Maita Transportation Department can help you rent a vehicle in minutes or take one of our courtesy shuttles,” Kiser said. “We offer both drop-off and pick-up service.”
Toyota Express Maintenance is available for oil change and minor maintenance services. NO appointment is required for these or any other maintenance service.
For early bird service, customers can deposit keys after hours in a convenient, secure kiosk. Maita provides on-site security staff for your safety.
A greatly expanded Toyota parts center is located adjacent to the service drive-up. Seasonal products and owner favorites are displayed on several well-organized kiosks.
“Parts experts staff several easy-access counters and can help choose the right part or accessory for your vehicle,” Kiser said.
Maita Toyota was founded in 1988 by Vince Maita. The Maita auto group now consists of Toyota/Scion, Nissan, Subaru, Mazda and Chevrolet franchises.
