All aboard!
Take a trip back in time and journey to the Tobyhanna Ice Harvest Festival aboard a historic passenger coach. This special winter excursion departs from Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton, Ohio.
The day tour begins as you travel from the Lackawanna Valley to the Pocono Plateau, the highest point along the historic mainline of the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad.
Upon arrival at the town of Tobyhanna, riders will watch a century old tradition as ice is harvested, cut into blocks and taken off the ice and stored in an ice house.
