Rushing along hot desert roads or climbing steep mountain passes in winter are far from the only instances of severe driving. Here are a few common indicators of severe driving:
- Daily stop-and-go driving
- Driving in temperatures more than 90 degrees or less than 40 degrees.
- The majority of your vehicle trips last fewer than 10 minutes.
- Towing a boat or trailer.
- Starting your car several times a day after the engine has cooled.
